HOW LONG UNTIL MY ORDER WILL BE DISPATCHED?

Lead time for Offcut. pieces is 1-4 business days, collection pieces 8-12 business days, and bespoke pieces an additional 3-7 business days.

Once your piece has gone into production, you will be emailed giving you a rough ETA.

CAN MY ORDER BE PICKED UP?

Yes, collection is available from our factory in Seven Hills. Opt for "pick up" at checkout and reply to the shipping confirmation email giving us a time and date so that your piece is ready to go!

WILL I RECEIVE A TRACKING NUMBER ONCE MY PIECE HAS BEEN DISPATCHED?
You sure will! An email will be sent letting you know that your piece is on its way, and tracking will be included in this.

CAN I NOMINATE A DATE/TIME FOR MY PIECE TO BE DELIVERED?
Unfortunately, delivery times/dates are out of our control. We recommend contacting the courier (Couriers Please), and providing them with your tracking number if you wish to specify a time/date for delivery.

WILL THE DRIVER BRING THE PIECE INTO MY HOME?

No, the delivery method is a standard delivery ground floor service.

Please consider the weight and dimensions of your piece when purchasing - it may be required that somebody help you to receive, unpackage, and set up your piece.

DO YOU OFFER PREMIUM DELIVERY (WHITE GLOVE SERVICE)?

Yes, we do. This will have to be arranged manually after purchasing.

Please select "pick up" when ordering your piece/s, and then reply to the order confirmation letting us know that white glove service is required. This will be an additional cost, and will be quoted once delivery details have been provided.
